Before you get started.

What does it cost, and are there fees?

$19 a month, or $190 a year. Ovenbell takes no commission on your sales and adds no fee to your customers’ orders. Card payments have Stripe’s processing fee, and you can also let customers pay at pickup and record Venmo, Zelle or cash.

What happens after my 30-day trial?

Nothing is charged for your first 30 days. You add a card to start, or subscribe through the App Store or Google Play in the app. After the trial, your plan continues at $19 a month. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

Do I need a website already?

No. Ovenbell gives you your own online shop with its own link. Customers order from it on any phone or computer, with no app or account. If you already own a domain, you can connect it to your shop.

Will my home address be public?

Only if you choose to show it. Otherwise customers get your pickup address with their confirmed order, or before they pay where your state’s rules require it.

How do I get my first customers?

Ovenbell makes ready-to-share posts for your shop and every drop. Where to post finds the Facebook groups for your town and the towns nearby, plus Nextdoor, and writes a post for each. Customers can also sign up on your shop to get a text when you open orders.
