Ovenbell
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 15, 2026
1. Ovenbell and these terms
These terms govern the new Ovenbell seller app, storefronts, ordering tools and public resources operated by Wild West Labs LLC. By creating an account or using these services, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to agree on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
The separately hosted legacy Peppery label-maker service and its existing transition arrangements are not converted into a new subscription by these terms. Contact support@ovenbell.com about legacy access or an existing agreement.
2. Accounts and permitted use
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to operate a seller account. Keep your information accurate, protect your account and private access links, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Customers must be legally able to place their orders or act with a parent or guardian's permission.
You may use Ovenbell to operate your lawful business and to buy from sellers. Do not use it for unlawful goods or activity, fraud, harassment, spam, misleading listings, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, or interference with the service. Do not upload content or customer information you lack the right to use.
3. Sellers are responsible for their businesses
Ovenbell provides software. The seller identified on a storefront is responsible for the goods, listings, prices, availability, ingredients, allergen disclosures, preparation, packaging, permits, taxes, delivery and pickup, customer communications and fulfillment of its orders. Ovenbell does not make or inspect the food or certify a seller's legal eligibility.
Sellers must follow the laws and rules that apply to their location, products and sales methods, obtain necessary permissions, and honor applicable consumer rights. They must provide accurate order and cancellation terms and use customer information only for lawful purposes, including obtaining permission for marketing where required.
4. Orders, quotes, deposits and balances
A purchase is between the customer and the seller identified for that order. Review the items, price, pickup or delivery details, deposit, balance due date and seller's cancellation terms before confirming. A custom request is an inquiry until the seller provides a quote and the required acceptance and payment steps are completed.
Payment submission can take time to confirm. Follow the status shown on the order page rather than assuming that a checkout redirect alone confirms an order. Changes to an order may require the seller's acceptance and a revised price or payment. Keep private order and quote links secure because they can allow access and changes without a separate login.
Contact the seller first about ingredients, allergies, fulfillment, changes or a disputed order. Ovenbell support can help investigate problems with the software, but cannot determine whether food is safe for a particular person.
5. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Card payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to the relevant Stripe terms. Sellers must complete the required connected-account setup to accept cards. Processing fees, verification requirements, payout timing, disputes and chargebacks are governed by the applicable payment-provider arrangements.
Cash and other direct payments are made to the seller outside Ovenbell's card checkout. Sellers must accurately record payments they receive. Ovenbell cannot automatically verify or reverse a payment made through an outside service.
The cancellation and refund terms disclosed for an order apply, subject to any rights the law gives the customer. Where the app supports a cancellation or refund, processing and payment-provider confirmation can take time. Refund eligibility and timing may depend on the order and seller's terms; these terms do not promise that every deposit or purchase is refundable, or that any payment is categorically nonrefundable. Contact the seller about the particular order and support@ovenbell.com for a software problem.
6. Ovenbell plans and fees
Payments customers make for a seller's goods are separate from fees for using Ovenbell. Your account's current access and any specific offer or transition arrangement apply to your use of the service. Displaying standard plan prices or a trial offer does not itself authorize a charge or convert an early-access account into a paid subscription.
Before any new paid Ovenbell subscription begins, the purchase flow must disclose the price, billing interval, any trial and renewal terms, and how to cancel, and obtain your agreement. These terms alone do not authorize automatic billing. Contact support@ovenbell.com with questions about your current access.
7. Your content and AI tools
You retain your rights to the content you submit. You give Wild West Labs LLC permission to store, process, format, display and transmit that content as needed to provide Ovenbell, including showing public storefront content, sending order messages and using your chosen integrations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
When you choose AI-assisted import, submitted material and relevant context are processed by AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review names, prices, quantities, dates, ingredients, allergens and other details before saving or publishing. You remain responsible for the content and actions you approve. Manual entry is available.
8. Guides and other resources
Our cottage-food guides, checklists and other resources provide general information. They are not legal, tax, food-safety or professional advice, and using them does not certify compliance or create an adviser-client relationship. Rules vary and change. Check the relevant official sources and obtain advice suited to your business before relying on a resource.
9. Service availability and closing an account
Ovenbell may change as it develops. Features can be unavailable, interrupted or limited, and offline work may need to synchronize before it appears on another device. Keep the records you need to operate your business. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every notification.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, harm to others or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support. Nothing here permits us to disregard applicable customer rights or a specific paid-service commitment.
You can stop using Ovenbell and contact support@ovenbell.com about closing a shop or obtaining your records. Deleting a sign-in account does not cancel existing customer orders, resolve balances or disputes, erase all business records, or cancel an arrangement with a separate payment service. Sellers remain responsible for outstanding obligations. Data requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ovenbell is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every business need, be error-free, or that all information and AI output will be accurate. Sellers and customers remain responsible for the decisions and transactions they make through the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wild West Labs LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Ovenbell. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability, warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes, questions and disputes
We will post updated terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required by law or the nature of the change. Updated terms do not retroactively change a completed order or override a specific agreement without an appropriate legal basis.
Please contact support@ovenbell.com to raise a concern or try to resolve a dispute with Wild West Labs LLC. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction. If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
