How much does Crumb Coach cost?
Crumb Coach has no subscription. It charges 5% + $0.55 on each order that comes through it, and card processing is paid out of that fee. On a $30 order that's $2.05. See Crumb Coach's pricing.
Is Ovenbell cheaper than Crumb Coach?
It depends on your sales. Ovenbell costs a flat $19 a month plus Stripe’s 2.9% + $0.30 per card payment, so it starts higher. Crumb Coach’s 5% + $0.55 grows with every order. At a $25 average order, Ovenbell costs less once your card sales pass $613 a month; below that, Crumb Coach costs less.
Who pays Crumb Coach’s fee?
You choose for each storefront: customers cover it at checkout, or you absorb it. Passing it on doesn't remove it. On a $30 order your customer pays $32.05 instead of $30. Ovenbell adds no fee at checkout; Stripe's card fee comes out of each payment to your account. Read how Crumb Coach handles the fee.
Does Crumb Coach work on Android?
Not as an app yet: Crumb Coach's FAQ says it is an iPhone app and an Android app is not available yet. Ovenbell runs in any browser, on Android, iPhone or a computer, and also has an iPhone app. See Crumb Coach's FAQ.

Can Ovenbell handle custom cake and cookie orders?
Yes. Customers send a custom request, you send a quote and collect a deposit, and the remaining balance stays with the order. If a customer wants a bigger cake or a different pickup time, they approve the change before the confirmed order is updated.
What happens after Ovenbell’s free trial?
Your first 30 days are free. A card is required, and the monthly plan is $19 after the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. An annual plan is also available for $190, billed annually; this page compares the monthly plan.
