The fluffiest sourdough dinner rolls you’ll love to serve for the upcoming holidays! Made with 100% Whole Wheat flour I mill fresh, these rolls are a true labor of love. This is my own personal recipe that I wrote trying to replicate a childhood favorite Thanksgiving roll. A friend my mom worked with made rolls for the local hospital cafeteria that became a famous staple for the locals known lovingly as “Rachel Rolls”. She still bakes and sells her rolls 25+ years later. I’ve finally recreated her famous sourdough rolls but with the twist of milling my flour fresh for a 100% whole wheat sourdough dinner roll
